By downloading or using Vesper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Vesper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the application.
Your Content
Photos taken through Sunset Verify are saved to your device’s Photos library. You retain full ownership and copyright of all photos. Vesper does not access, upload, or claim any rights to your photos or journal entries.
Disclaimers
Weather forecasts and sunset predictions are provided for informational purposes only. Vesper does not guarantee the accuracy of any forecast. Do not rely on Vesper predictions for safety, navigation, or other critical decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the update date at the top of this page.

What are the Vesper terms of service?
